A) INTRODUCTION

 

 

Many verses speak of our God as creating mankind, the heavens, the seas, the world, and many other things.  However, I will only focus upon the creation of all things.

 

 

B) GOD THE FATHER

 

 

Acts 7:50:  “Hath not My [Greek “Hupsistos,” meaning the Father, see Mark 5:7] hand made all these things?”

C) GOD THE SON

 

 

Isaiah 44:24:  “Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer [Jesus]. . . I am the LORD that maketh all.”

John 1:3:  “All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made.”

John 1:10:  “He was in the world, and the world was made by Him.”

Romans 11:36:  “For of Him [Jesus], and through Him [Jesus], and to Him [Jesus], are all things.”

Colossians 1:16:  “For by Him [Jesus] were all things created. . . all things were created by Him [Jesus].”

Hebrews 1:10:  “And, Thou, Lord [Jesus], in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of Thine [Jesus] hands.”

Hebrews 3:3-4:  “(3) For this man [supplied word but Jesus is inferred] was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as He Who [Jesus] hath builded the house [all things] hath more honour than the house. (4) For every house is builded by some man; but He [Jesus] that built all things is God [the God/Man Jesus].”

Revelation 3:14:  “These things saith the Amen [Jesus], the Faithful and True Witness [Jesus], the Beginning of the Creation of God [Jesus created through God the Father; see Eph. 3:9].”

Revelation 4:11:  “Thou [Jesus] art worthy, O Lord [Jesus], to receive glory and honour and power:  for Thou [Jesus] hast created all things.”

Revelation 10:6:  “And sware by Him [Jesus] that liveth for ever and ever, Who [Jesus] created Heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein.”

Revelation 14:7:  “. . .worship Him [Jesus] that made Heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.”

First Corinthians 8:6:  “But to us there is but one God, the Father, of Whom [the Father] are all things, and we in Him [the Father]; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by Whom [Jesus] are all things, and we by Him [Jesus].”

Ephesians 3:9:  “God [the Father], Who created all thing by [through] Jesus Christ.”

Hebrews 1:2:  “. . .by Whom [Jesus] also He [God The Father] made the worlds.”

Genesis 1:1:  “In the beginning God [Hebrew, “Elohıiym,” the plurality Godhead expression].”

Second Kings 19:15:  “

Nehemiah 9:6:  “ Thou [“Yehovah”], even Thou [“Yehovah”], art LORD [Hebrew, “Yehovah”] alone; Thou [“Yehovah”] hast made Heaven, the Heaven of heavens, with all their host, the earth, and all things that are therein, the seas, and all that is therein.”

Psalm 33:6:  “By the Word of the LORD [Hebrew, “Yehovah”] were the heavens made; and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth.”

Psalm 102:25:  “Of old hast Thou [Hebrew, “Yehovah,” verse 16] laid the foundation of the earth:  and the heavens are the work of Thy [“Yehovah”] hands.”

Psalm 104:2-35:  Verse 16 [see below] teaches us that this section is “Yehovah.”

Psalm 104:30:  “Thou “Hebrew “Yehovah” from verse 16] sendest forth Thy [Hebrew “Yehovah”] spirit [Hebrew, “ruach,” meaning “breath,” see Job 33:4], they are created.”

Psalm 124:8:  “. . . the LORD [Hebrew “Yehovah”], Who [“Yehovah”] made Heaven and earth.”

Psalm 146:5-6:  “(5) . . .the LORD [Hebrew “Yehovah”] his God [Hebrew “Elohıiym,” meaning the plurality of the Godhead]. (6) Which made Heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is.”

Psalm 148:5:  “Let them praise the Name of the LORD [Hebrew “Yehovah”]:  for He [“Yehovah”] Commanded, and they were created.”

Isaiah 37:16:  “. . .Thou [Hebrew, “Elohıiym,” the plurality Godhead expression] hast made Heaven and earth.”

Isaiah 40:12:  “Who [Hebrew “Adonay/Yehovah,” based on verse 10] hath measured the waters in the hollow of His [“Adonay/Yehovah”] hand, and meted out Heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance?”

Isaiah 40:26:  “. . .Who [Hebrew “Adonay/Yehovah,” based on verse 10] hath created these.”

Isaiah 42:5:  “Thus saith God [Hebrew “El,” meaning only one “God”] the LORD [Hebrew “Yehovah”], He [“Yehovah”] that created the heavens, and stretched them out; He [“Yehovah”] that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it.”

Isaiah 45:12:  “I [Hebrew “Yehovah,” based upon verse 13] have made the earth, and created man upon it:  I [“Yehovah”], even My [“Yehovah”] hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I Commanded.”

Isaiah 45:18:  “ For thus saith the LORD [Hebrew “Yehovah”] that created the heavens; God Himself [Yehovah”] that formed the earth and made it.”

Isaiah 48:13:  “Mine [Hebrew “Yehovah,” based upon verse 14] hand also hath laid the foundation of the earth, and My [“Yehovah”] right hand hath spanned the heavens.”

Jeremiah 10:12:  “He [Hebrew “Yehovah,” based upon verse 10] hath made the earth by His [“Yehovah”] power, He [“Yehovah”] hath established the world by His [“Yehovah”] wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by His [“Yehovah”] discretion.”

Jeremiah 32:17:  “Ah Lord [Hebrew “Adonay”] GOD! [Hebrew “Yehovah”] behold, Thou [“Adonay/Yehovah”] hast made the Heaven and the earth by Thy [“Adonay/Yehovah”] great power and stretched out arm.”

Jeremiah 51:15:  “He [Hebrew “Yehovah,” based upon verse 14] hath made the earth by His [“Yehovah”] power, He [“Yehovah”] hath established the world by His [“Yehovah”] wisdom, and hath stretched out the heaven by His [“Yehovah”] understanding.”

Zechariah 12:1:  “. . .saith the LORD [Hebrew “Yehovah”] , which stretcheth forth the heavens, and layeth the foundation of the earth, and formeth the spirit of man within him.”

Acts 4:24:  “Lord [Greek “Despotees,” meaning “Master”], Thou [Despotees”] art God [“Theos,” meaning one God], which hast made Heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is.”

Acts 14:15:  “. . . Living God [Greek “Theos,” meaning one God], which made Heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are therein.”

Acts 17:24:  “God [Greek “Theos,” meaning one God] that made the world and all things therein, seeing that He [“Theos”] is Lord [Greek “Kurios,” meaning one God, see Mat. 22:37] of Heaven and earth.”

Hebrews 11:3:  “. . .the worlds were framed by the Word of God [Greek “Theos,” meaning one God], so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.”

Second Peter 3:5:  “. . . that by the Word of God [Greek “Theos,” meaning one God] the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water.”
